Mobile Service Terms

Mobile appointments are pre-paid upon booking with credit card.

A minimum of three hours notice is required for mobile appointments.

To book a mobile appointment, you must provide:
A safe, clear path to your destination. (No stairs, steep driveways or uneven terrain.)
Parking instructions.
Lift access to hotel room or apartment.

Tuesday-Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm

Cancellations

Pre-paid services such as mobile massage, gift certificates and package deals are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to charge full price for mobile appointments which are cancelled with less than two working days notice.

Discounts & Promotions

With the exception of packages/deals which are offered from time to time, discounts and promotions generally do not apply to:

Whilst we aim to provide high-quality care, health outcomes are individual and depend on many factors, including your medical history, post-operative adherence, and genetics. massage.yeah does not guarantee specific results (e.g., “instant swelling reduction” or “speedy recovery”). Examples of outcomes shown on this site are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same result.

3. Assessment & Clinical Need
All treatments, including pre-paid packages, are subject to an initial and ongoing clinical consultation to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

Packages: If you purchase a package (e.g., “Post-Op Series”) and your practitioner determines that further treatment is not clinically indicated, or if a contraindication arises (e.g., infection or DVT), a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused sessions in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not encourage the indiscriminate use of health services.

Package Validity
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. To prioritize your health and safety, we are happy to pause or extend this expiry date if your recovery plan requires a break from treatment. Unused sessions are refundable if clinical need for the treatment ceases.

4. Scope of Practice
Our practitioners are Qualified Remedial Massage Therapists, trained in lymphatic techniques and registered on the National Lymphoedema Practitioner Register. We work in conjunction with your medical team but do not replace them.

Post-Surgery Clients: Please follow your surgeon’s specific post-operative protocols. If our advice contradicts your surgeon’s instructions, please contact us or your surgeon for clarification before proceeding.
