** SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING COVID19: No penalty fees will be charged to anyone who cancels their appointment because they are feeling unwell or at risk of transmitting COVID19. Please cancel your appointment immediately if you are feeling unwell or fear you may be a health threat to others. It’s understood there may be higher levels of anxiety about community transmission and we would like to encourage anyone who feels unwell or who thinks they should get tested to do so before placing others at risk of contracting the virus. New information about COVID19 tells us that some people who only experience mild flu-like symptoms can still be infected with COVID19 and that they are just as likely to pass the virus onto others as someone who may have severe symptoms. **

Terms of Service:

All first-time clients must secure their booking with a credit card.

A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of appointment.

A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 2 hours of appointment.

Cancellation fees apply to mobile and in-house appointments.

We do not take tentative bookings.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Saturdays 9.00 am – 1.00 pm

After-hours can be arranged with notice. Surcharges apply.

Mobile Service Fees & Terms:

Mobile Saturday rates: Time and a half.

Mobile Sunday rates: Double time.

Mobile Public Holiday rates: Double time and a half.

** A 90 minute minimum applies to mobile bookings with some exceptions permitted.
